Troubleshooting Printer Issues

FH Web does not support software driven printers, commonly referred to as All-in-one printers.

Most printer issues can be resolved by verifying that the printer is installed on the server. FH Web cannot install printers that require interaction from the user during installation.

The printer driver is determined during install and the settings are stored locally on the client in a file named "print.ini".
