FHWeb License Rehost Request

This page should be used if you require a new license due to MAC address changes on the server of if a support representative requests that you complete this information.

In Microsoft Windows:

1) Click the START button

2) Click on RUN

3) Type CMD in the box

4) Click OK

5) At the command prompt, please type the following:

ipconfig/all > c:\host.txt

6) Go to MY COMPUTER

7) Open the C:\ drive

8) You should see HOST.TXT

9) Create a new email to fhweb@acs-inc.com and attach the host.txt to the message.

10) Be sure to include the following:
Subject: FHWeb Rehost Request
Name
Contact information
Department name
Reason for request
And any additional information
